What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition Unworn, Unscented , and Unstained condition, along with the hygiene liner and original tags attached
  • Items purchased from pop- up events are considered final sale, and or custom orders (made to order/presale) not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items purchased from our brand partners ( Made Trade, Done Good, Fox Holt, Verte Luxe, Sense of Shelf) Can not be processed through this portal. Please return to them for specific instructions.
  • We do not except interntional returns or exchanges at this time.

Are there any charges for return?

  • We offer free US returns/exchanges with in 7 days. 
  • We are currently unable to process international returns.


How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 1-10 working days (depending on the bank).
